No. We can execute the roadmap if having one vendor helps, but the consulting is delivered complete and with no strings. Sometimes the recommendation is that you shouldn’t build anything yet.
Yes — it’s one of the most frequent engagements. We review third-party quotes and technical proposals and tell you whether the scope, timeline and price make sense. It’s cheap compared to hiring badly.
Only if it solves a problem you can quantify. In many cases what’s needed is tidying up a process or integrating two systems, and that costs considerably less. If AI does apply, we’ll tell you exactly where and what it returns.
